Mr. Maksimchuk is responsible for the relations with state authorities in agricultural sector. He has a broad experience in managing agricultural projects in Russia, Ukraine, and countries of the Eastern Europe, South-Eastern Asia and in the Middle East.

Vadim collaborates with the core ministries, legislative authorities committees. He is an adviser to the member of Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada). Vadim had been working in the Moscow City Government for more than ten years.

Since 2010 Mr. Maksimchuk is a head of the Equestrian Federation of Ukraine and he is currently in charge of development of the non-Olympic equestrian sports in Ukraine. He is a chairman of the board of the All-Ukrainian Equestrian Union and is a life member of the World Arabian Horse Organization (WAHO).

Vadim is graduated from the Vinnitsa State Agricultural University (Ukraine) by specialty ‘Zoo engineering’. His PhD theses are on ‘Reformation of agricultural and property complex based on the market innovations’
